Commonwealth Motor Court, Charlottesville - Text on Back: Commonwealth Motor Court. On U.S. 250 half mile west of Charlottesville, Virginia. A distinctively modern motor court, completely air conditioned, adjacent to an excellent restaurant. TV, room phones and radios. Phone 293-6181. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition.

Cape Henry, Virginia - Text on Back: Cape Henry Memorial on First Landing Dune - erected April 26, 1935, by the National Society, Daughters of the American Colonist. Vintage linen postcard is unused and in good condition

Masonic Lodge, Fredericksburg - Text on back: "Washington Mother Lodge" George Washington was made a Mason in this Old Masonic Lodge, on Novemer 4th, 1752. Later an honorary degree was conferred on General Lafayette in a special meeting attended by that gallant Frenchman. Vintage postcard has writing on back; postmarked 1938; one cent stamp intact; good condition.

Deer in City Park, Norfolk - Text on back: Deer in City Park, Norfolk, Va. Conceded to be one of the best kept parks south of Philadelphia. The flower display is large and beautiful, and the Zoological collection unusually full and interesting. This park was named in honor of the great French General Lafayette to whose offices is largely due the independence of America. Vintage postcard has writing on back; postmarked 1916; one cent stamp intact; good condition.

Main Hall, Mt Vernon Mansion - Text on Back: Main Hall, Mount Vernon Mansion, Virginia. This is the central hall of Washingtons Mansion at Mt. Vernon. It is a beautiful example of the architecture of Colonial Days. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition.

Martha's Kitchen, Mt. Vernon - Text on Back: Martha’s Kitchen, Mount Vernon, Virginia., was famous for its products of good old Virginia cooking. Note the crane in the great fire-place and the capacious brick oven. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition.

George Washington's Bedroom, Mt Vernon - Text on back: George Washington's Bed Room - Mt. Vernon, Virginia. This is the room in which Washington died. The bedstead, chair, the mahogany table, are as they were at the moment of his death. On the chair lay the open Bible from which Mrs. Washington had been reading to him. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition, note on back dates card 1915.

Washington's Barn, Mount Vernon - Text on back: Washington's Barn, Mount Vernon, Virginia -The barn was built in 1753 with bricks imported from England, and was used during Washington’s occupancy of Mount Vernon. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition, note on back dates card 1915.

Garden, Mount Vernon - Text on back: The Garden at Mt. Vernon, the Home of Washington, is quaint with its oddly designed spaces outlined, with boxwood hedges, which were set out over 150 years ago. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition, note on back dates card 1915.
