multicolored cinder deposits. The beauty of the crater is heightened by

Monkey Pod Tree, Hawaii - Text on back:
Hawaiian Monkey Pod Tree is the main source of hardwood for Island
woodcrafters. It is also the most perfectly shaped tree found in Hawaii.
Vintage postcard has writing on back, is postmarked 1969 and complete with
intact 6-cent stamp. Card is in good condition with very slight
edge/corner wear and slight smudging from postmark.
The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Waikiki Beach
- The Royal Hawaiian Hotel. The world’s "most beautiful hotel” fronting
famed Waikiki Beach, rises from a setting of century old coco palms, once
the council place for Island Kings. Vintage postcard has writing on the
back, is postmarked 1947 and complete with intact 5-cent stamp. Card is in
good condition with some edge/corner wear.
Pond Garden, The Pagoda Hotel, Waikiki -
Text on back: The
Pagoda’s cosmopolitan theme of peace and harmony among all countries is
reflected throughout the lovely pond garden where waterfalls, Hawaiian
Lava Rocks and a 13-tiered oriental stone tower symbolize the blending of
east and west. The lake shown in the foreground is stocked with over 3,000
colorful Nishiki Carp worth over $70,000. Vintage postcard is unused and
in good condition.
Haleakala Crater, Maui
