Wyoming Mass Transit - Text on back:: Mass Transit. Wyoming. The horse is still an integral part of life in Wyoming. They are used for work on the large ranches; for entertainment by many common folks; and are used at rodeos around the state including Frontier Days in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and nightly rodeos at Cody, Wyoming. Postcard is new, unused and in mint condition. 

Magnificent Wyoming – Text on back: Magnificent Tetons. Few mountain ranges are higher, but the Teton Range is simply awesome. There are no foothills for the eye to follow to the peaks. Nine million years ago tectonic forces pushed up a block on the western side and on the eastern side a block tilted downward. Over many years, ice, water and wind have carved the jagged peaks we see today.

Point of Rocks - No text on back. Postcard is unused and in good condition with scalloped edges.

Brahma Bull Riding - Text on back: His troubles have just begun! After sticking on the “hurricane deck” of a big Brahma, for the regulation 8 seconds, the cowboy has to get out of the way in a hurry. Unlike the broncs, bulls want to “get even”, so the colorful rodeo clowns stand by to distract the brute’s attention from a hurt or fallen rider. Vintage postcard has writing on the back, is postmarked 1969 from Salt Lake City, Utah and complete with intact 5 cent stamp. Shows some wear to lower right corner.

Teton Pass - Text on back: From the top of the Teton Pass the traveler gets his first view of historic and scenic Jackson Hole. At this point State Highway 22 crosses the Teton Range at an elevation of 8,429 feet. Vintage postcard has writing on the back, is postmarked 1956 from Jackson, Wyoming and complete with intact 2 cent stamp. Shows some edge wear.

Bucking Horse Lodge - Text on back: Rawlins Bucking Horse Lodge at west end of Rawlins on Highway U.S. 30 Wyoming.  Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition.

Cloud Peak - Text on back: Cloud Peak is one of the outstanding points at the Big Horn Mountains in northern Wyoming and its romantic setting offers one of the most beautiful mountain spectacles in the state. Vintage postcard has writing on the back, is postmarked 1955 from Sheridan, Wyoming and complete with intact 2 cent stamp. Postcard is in good condition with some wear.

Sod House Museum - Text on back: This sod house museum is a replica of the sod houses in which 90% of central west population lived in the ‘60s. House is plastered with gumbo, sand and wood ashes. Floor is flagstone, roof is log. Standard Gas, Souvenirs, Lunches, Soft Drinks Served. Postcard has some edge wear and a marking on lower left.
