Lake Crescent-twelve miles long-one to three miles wide-five hundred feet above sea level. It is situated in the heart Olympics and is surrounded on all sides by peaks and ranges whose forest covered sides rise abruptly from the waters of the lake. It is famous for its trout which grow to enormous size and are extremely gamey. The mountains nearby are alive with big game. 1962 Seattle World's Fair - Text on back: The 1962 Seattle World's Fair, as it will look on opening day, April 21,1962, in Seattle, Washington.
