original 1880 Town, 22 miles west of Murdo,
South Dakota.
The town consists of more than 20 buildings relocated to this site from
throughout the state and furnished with thousands of unique relics of the
old west. St. Stephens Church moved from Dixon,
South Dakota.

Mount Moriah Cemetery
- Text on back:
Wild Bill Hickok (1837-1876) American frontier scout and famed
lawman of the West.
Hickok liked to gamble at cards and while playing in a poker game, he was
shot in the back by Jack McCall, on August 2, 1876.
Wild Bill was holding
Ace's and Eight's when he was shot, forever after called the "Dead Man's
Hand." Calamity Jane (1852-1903) was the nickname of Martha Jane Canary, a
famous American frontierswoman. She was an expert with horse and rifle and
served as a scout for
General George Custer. She was in
Deadwood
during the time
Wild Bill Hickok was shot and killed. Today they lie next to one
another in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane walking along beside you.
