Needles Tunnel, Black Hills - Text on back: Needles Tunnel, in the Black Hills of South Dakota, where Nature has out done itself in beauty and grandeur for the eye and camera of man to register the great plan of creation. Vintage postcard is in good condition with some edge/corner wear.

Needles Eye, Needles Highway - Text on back: Needles Eye – this unusual formation towers over the highway as one takes the drive east from Sylvan Lake, South Dakota on the scenic “Needles Highway”. Vintage postcard is in good condition with slight edge/corner wear.

Okaton Grain Elevator - Text on back: "A part of the past. Okaton, South Dakota Ghost Town. the historic Okaton Bank features western art bronze sculpture and Dakota cheese. Stop at the General Store for ages, fossils, souvenirs and supplies. Robert & Evelyn Westlake." Postcard is "new," but was originally printed by Mr. and Mrs. Westlake in 1984. Needles Drive, Black Hills - Text on back: Needles Drive – a breath-taking spectacle, these huge granite rock formations towering hundreds of feet above the road in Custer State Park, in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The road winds picturesquely among the huge organ-pipes and into peaceful mountain valleys, past the calm beauty of Sylvan Lake. Vintage postcard is in good condition with some edge/corner wear.

Greetings From Deadwood - Text on back: Deadwood, South Dakota . The most picturesque city in the West reminiscent of wild frontier and mining days. Shown at the top left is the Broken Boot Gold Mine, oldest underground mine in existence in the Old West ; center, Adams Memorial Museum and mementos of the past; right, Wild Bill and Calamity Jane graves side by side in Mount Moriah Cemetery and bottom, Saloon No. 10, site of Wild Bill's Murder. Fort Randall Dam, Pickstown - Text on back: Fort Randall Dam and Reservoir at Pickstown, South Dakota. Length of dam is 10’000 feet, height of dam 160 feet and width at base 1’600 feet. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition with very little edge/corner wear.

Pheasant Paradise - South Dakota - South Dakota, Pheasant Paradise. The ring-Necked Pheasant is the state bird of South Dakota. In the fall, the pheasant hunting in the eastern part of the state brings thousands of sportsmen from nearby states and far off lands, to enjoy hunting these fine birds in South Dakota. Vintage postcard is unused and in good condition with only slight edge wear.
