Carhenge PostcardCarhenge - Text on back: Carhenge – Just north of Alliance, Nebraska, along Highway 87, stands a replication of Stonehenge, Carhenge, created from vintage American made automobiles, towers over the plains of Nebraska. Thirty-eight automobiles were placed to assume the same proportions as Stonehenge. Some autos are held upright in pits five feet deep, trunk end down, while those cars which are placed to form the arches have been welded in place. Postcard is new, unused and in mint condition.

The hospital is carpeted throughout and special care was taken to avoid the “institutional look”. Postcard is unused, good condition with little edge wear.

Omaha Auditorium postcardOmaha Civic Auditorium - Text on back - Omaha Civic Auditorium Dedication Souvenir Post Card. 18th street and Capitol Avenue Omaha’s Civic Auditorium, Dedicated January 2, 1955, is four buildings in one. The Area seats 9,212 (6,712 permanent, 2,500 portable) and has a main floor space of 25,000 square feet. The Exhibit Hall has 72,000 square feet of exhibit area. The Music Hall has 2,610 permanent seats. The Assembly Hall has 500 portable seats in 4,500 square feet of floor space. Total cost of the auditorium was seven million dollars. It was designed by the Leo A. Daly Co., Omaha. Postcard is unused and in good condition, shows edge wear.

Omaha Rock GardensRock Gardens, Omaha - The Singing Tower, located on a high hill overlooking the city of Omaha and the surrounding country - side, is particularly beautiful at night when illuminated by flood - lights. Its sacred concerts have become known throughout the entire middle West. Vocal and orchestral music is carried out to the listeners by means of eight giant dynamic amplifiers. This music originates in three ways: Radio pick - up, transcription, and actual singing in the organ - equipped studio within the Tower itself. These sacred concerts attract thousands of music - lovers annually. Postcard is unused and in good condition.
