Who We Are
Like so many other small businesses,
Legends of America
started out as a hobby. The Owner-Editor, Kathy Weiser, has a deep
seated love for history, travel, writing, and almost anything falling
within a creative realm. With this in mind, she started a small
personal page called
High Country Legends.
Quickly, the ideas and opportunities expanded to include a
partnership with the
Rocky Mountain General Store, which has been in business since 1998.
Kathy's qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and
more than 20 years of hands-on business experience, encompassing
business and people management, customer service,
technology, and consulting.
|
|
Kathy's husband,
David Alexander, has been involved in the radio broadcasting business
since he was in his teens. Though, his primary focus is his "real" job, he
provides loads of assistance to
Legends of America,
especially with computer hardware, shipping, and being Kathy's #1 travel
partner. But, Kathy says his favorite part of "helping out" is to tell
stories about her quirky personality on his blog -
Legends of America Tech.
Our friends, family and other
affiliations provide additional experience in
retail sales, website design, writing, photography, publishing, and
marketing.
Legends of America
is a small midwest company with strong
moral, ethical, and business values. We take pride
in our work and strive to provide our readers,
advertisers, and customers with a continually updated site, great
products, and superior customer service.
If you ever have any questions or comments,
please don't hesitate to contact
us.

The
Legends of America Team
While
Legends of America does
not have a paid staff (yet); it does have a lot of people
that help support me and my website. I have great friends that help
me out with advice, my family gets "dragged" along on my adventures, and
they all check out the website for "boo-boos" and suggestions.
Meet some of these great people!!

time checking the website for boo-boos and
feeding me
great leads about
